(I.e. affiliates, vendors, etc.) A timely response and clear communication is our commitment for all dealings in the property management and real estate investing business. All employees will respond to all clients in 24-hours or the next business day. This will include emails, voice mails, or any type of contact we receive. If a client sends Brewer Caldwell an email during business hours the employee, who receives the email, will respond that same day.
Of course in property management, there are emergencies; unique situations and times employees will be unavailable for whatever reason. We have set up a management system where backup property managers and employees will be able to respond in this timely manner.
