At Brewer Caldwell Property Management, we feel that quality customer service is the main objective of our business. We cannot thrive in this industry without maintaining the highest standard of service. It is quality not quantity that is our focus. We are prepared to make this commitment to our clients in order to maintain their business and give them the needed satisfaction that any individual would want with a company and give their property the individualized attention it deserves.
Our primary focus is communication. We feel this is the focal point to quality customer service. This is applicable to owners, tenants and anyone else trusting in Brewer Caldwell. (i.e. affiliates, vendors, etc.) A timely response and clear communication is our commitment for all dealings in this business. All employees will respond to all clients in 24-hours or the next business day. This will include emails, voice mails, or any type of contact we receive. If a client sends Brewer Caldwell an email during business hours the employee, who receives the email, will respond that same day.
Of course, there are emergencies; unique situations and times employees will be unavailable for whatever reason. We have set up a system where backup managers and employees will be able to respond in this timely manner. We feel this is the strength of character in Brewer Caldwell Property Management and will propel us into the future.
