Brewer Calwell's closing department commits to open escrows on all completed requests and contact the lender and the title company to introduce Brewer Caldwell’s Closing Department, within 24 hours. We also commit to contact the buyer within this same time frame to introduce ourselves, further assure them of their investment, and explain our time frame for loan closing, inspection period and beginning property management. Furthermore, we commit to order all inspections within 24 hours of opening escrow and having all inspections coordinated and completed within the inspection period.
We are the main point of contact for title companies and lenders, therefore we commit to building working relationships, setting correct expectations and keeping good rapport with Brewer Calwell's contacts. This is so we can facilitate loans closing on time and provide title with all the information they will need to be accurate and confirm that information that is provided to us is correct. We commit to provide regular status reports from lenders and title companies and keeping all information current in Brewer Calwell's data system, ASLAN. We understand that we are not reporters, we are closers; therefore, it is our right and responsibility to resolve any issues during the course of the transaction.
We are a support system for the whole sales team, therefore we commit to building working relationships, setting correct expectations and keeping good rapport with all agents. We are here to ensure that agents are free to sell and be the front of Brewer Caldwell to all of their current and potential investors. It is Brewer Calwell's job to communicate changes and updates to agents and to assist agents in any non-licensed duty possible. We commit to always evaluate any suggestions that Brewer Calwell's sales department has and make necessary adjustments.
As a service to Brewer Caldwell and Brewer Calwell's investors we commit to continuously educate and re-sell our investors on Arizona and Brewer Caldwell’s employees, departments and services. We are the transition department; therefore we take responsibility to see that each investor’s home transfers from Sales to Property Management smoothly. This is key to a unified face of Brewer Caldwell Property Management Inc.
