What appreciation may I expect on my home?

• I wish we had a crystal ball to predict the future but we don't. However, Kiplinger Magazine said that Phoenix and its suburbs will appreciate 89% from 2000 to 2010. He identified Phoenix as the 2nd fastest appreciating area in the entire United States at almost 9% a year! In 2001 most homes had double-digit appreciation. We expect that to continue into the future.
