    This all seems to good to be true. What's the catch?

  • There isn't one! You have a large group of people at your disposal ready to help you become successful in the world of investment real estate. Of course we're not doing it for free. We wouldn't be in business very long if we did. We've negotiated with the builders to pay Brewer Caldwell a 6% co-broke fee as your buyer's broker. In Phoenix, builders often will pay a portion of this co-broke from any incentives they have built-in on a particular property or community. Every builder is different and does things in their own way, but you can be assured that you are getting a quality property at prevailing market rates in locations with high potential appreciation with the network behind you every step of the way. Throw in a heavily discounted rate for a full-service, in-house property management team and the whole deal becomes the proverbial "no-brainer."
