Is there any way I can get all of my closing costs covered?

• With business as good as it is for the Phoenix housing industry, builders are not finding it necessary to give too much away. In many markets builders do cover the non-reoccurring closing costs for you. However, in Arizona this is not a normal practice. They will in most cases allow you to include part or all of these costs into the purchase price, in effect rolling it into the mortgage. Every builder is different and has different ways of doing things, so check with your sales agent for specifics. This will increase your final purchase price but take less out of your pocket at closing.
