How long does it take to rent my home?

• The average home rents in about three to six weeks after close of escrow and will vary for each individual home. We work hard to make sure that your home has the exposure needed to rent in a timely manner. We put your home on our list about three weeks prior to close of escrow. This allows us to put some feelers out before closing.
