What are the Management fees?
- $150 initial advertising fee that is charged at the beginning of the management agreement. All future vacancy advertising fees are $300. This is applicable for single family homes, condominiums, townhouses and multi-unit properties. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is available at an additional fee, per property, which is paid to the cooperating agent.
- Once the property is leased a $600.00 charge is assessed for the lease negotiations and the processing and placing of the new tenant in the property. This applies for each single family home, condominium, townhouse or multi-unit property. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit.
- Monthly management fees: $65 flat monthly management fee for the property regardless of occupancy status for each single family home, condominium, townhouse or multi-unit property. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit.
- Lease Renewal Fee: a $250.00 charge for lease negotiations and the processing and keeping of a current tenant in the property. This is applicable for single family homes, condominiums, townhouses and multi-unit properties. Charged at new lease signing date to the Owners account and paid in the aforementioned process. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit.
- Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is available at an additional fee, per property, which is paid to the cooperating agent.
- No reserves required.
