What are the Management fees?
- Leasing Fee: a $600.00 charge for lease negotiations and the processing and placing of a new tenant in the property. This is applicable for single family homes, condominiums, townhouses and multi-unit properties. Charged at tenant move-in to the Owners account and paid in the aforementioned process. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit.
- Owner(s) will be charged an Administration/Advertising Fee, per vacancy, of $300.00, charged at vacancy. For each single family home, condominium, townhouse or multi-unit property. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit.
- Monthly management fees: Ten percent (10%) of rent collected; there is no charge while the property is vacant. For each single family home, condominium, townhouse or multi-unit property. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit.
- Lease Renewal Fee: a $200.00 charge for lease negotiations and the processing and keeping of a current tenant in the property. This is applicable for single family homes, condominiums, townhouses and multi-unit properties. Charged at new lease signing date to the Owners account and paid in the aforementioned process. Fees for multi-unit properties are charged per unit. The fee is reduced to $100.00 for a three to six month renewal.
- Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is available at an additional fee, per property, which is paid to the cooperating agent.
