What will it cost to make my home rent ready?

• This will vary due to the different builder incentives that are offered. We will obtain bids for items to be completed on your property. These will then be presented to you for approval. If the front yard landscaping is not included with the home, the price may vary from $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 for desert landscaping with a drip system. This will also depend on the size of the front yard and how extensive you plan to landscape your yard. Blinds will run $800.00 to $2,000.00 depending on the size and number of windows. Ceiling fans are $80.00 to $120.00installed depending on the size and style of fan. We can also landscape the back yard for you. The cost will depend on the size of the yard and how you would like it completed. We do require our homes to have garage door openers, ceiling fans and window coverings. We also expect them to be clean, have the carpets professional cleaned and any painting finished before tenants move in. These items increase the appeal and value of your home.
