Brewer Calwell's maintenance department commits to have all viable maintenance requests completed with in 7-days. All maintenance emergencies resolved in 24-hours or next business day. All properties will be rent ready with in 10-days from the first day the property is accessible. We will always have HOA’s processed and mailed out to tenants within 48 hours of arrival. Schedule all move out’s, evictions, annual inspections, and appraisals for the inspector within 48 hours. All bids sent to owners within 24 hours of arrival. All invoices entered in and turned in accordingly within 72 hours. Complete move outs, evictions, appraisals, and annual inspections according to the schedule. Set correct expectations with tenants, owners, vendors and co-workers. Complete all required Bi-monthly inspections daily and turned into the correct property manager over that area. Fill out all forms in complete detail as possible. All move outs, evictions, and abandonment’s processed, a vendor sent out for a rent ready bid within 48 hours.
