Brewer Calwell's sales department commits to only making deals for our investors that we would make for ourselves. We commit to finding properties for our clients that are as close to being rent ready as possible, and for the best price available. We commit to being willing and available to assist our clients’ lenders in any way that will assure that the deal is done on time. We will also commit to following up with lenders for regular status reports. We commit to being available during the escrow process to respond to clients’ questions and/or concerns. We will provide accurate information on their specific home, neighborhood, or area. We commit to making a call to our clients and/or their lenders a minimum of once every 3 days to make sure that all is going well. We commit to being available to provide future service to our clients by providing additional assistance with things such as 1031 exchanges, equities for future sales, market comps, and the listing of their properties should they decide to sell.
